As our Appointment Center Assistant Manager, Laura plays an important role in our customer’s experience. In addition to training our appointment center representatives, Laura makes sure that our design specialists have full and efficient schedules that allow them to dedicate their time to our customers.
“The thing I look forward to when I get home from work is cuddling up on the couch with my dogs and my husband and watching a movie from my must-watch movie list. The last movie we saw was Transformers: Age of Extinction.”
“People always find it interesting that I will not eat French fries unless they are dipped in a chocolate Wendy’s frosty.”
“My biggest pet peeve is when my husband leaves his socks everywhere—just like my work space here, I like to keep our home clean and organized.”

In May of this year, Laura was promoted to her current position as our Appointment Center Assistant Manager. Since then, she has taken on a lot of responsibility as we hired more people and changed the customer relationship software we use in our office. Laura has proven that she is a leader by learning the ins and outs of the new software and training others to understand it as well. In everything she does, Laura goes above and beyond to ensure all departments can succeed and provide our customers with the best service possible.
