Sump Pump Science

Tuesday, June 19th, 2012 by Jessie Schoepflin

With the increase of rain we have had over the last week or two in Colorado we have had an increasing number of calls about sump pumps. Your sump pump is a very important component to your basement or crawl space waterproofing system and that is to pump water out and away. If your pump is not working then you could face flooding in your home, and that is what we want to avoid. Make sure to schedule annual maintenance of your sump pump system to check and make sure that nothing is clogged and the battery is in good working shape. If you are worried about your sump pump failing make sure you have proper back up power source. Don't wait until it is too late and your basement has flooded to figure out your sump pump isn't working properly.

Ask us about our SafeDri Triple Sump pump system that will drop the chances of flooding and damage due to sump pump failure from 80% to under 5%!!!
