Challenge

Centennial, CO homeowner was in need of getting his concrete back porch leveled. The two main slabs of the back porch were becoming uneven causing one of the two slabs to go up higher than the other. Not only did the appeal of the porch decrease because of this but the homeowner did not like the feel of the bump when grilling and doing activities outside. He contacted Rod Martin's Complete Basement Systemst to get the job done right!

Solution

James of Centennial, CO was looking to get his concrete back porch leveled. His back porch was made of two concrete slabs both of which were uneven. One of the slabs was higher than the other causing one to be higher than the other. James was unhappy with the look and feel of his back porch and was excited to get it fixed so he could happily enjoy the space again. He contacted Rod Martin's Complete Basement Systems to get the job done right!

Our expert foreman Jacob and his installation team decided the proper fix for the porch and set out on the job. To fix the uneven slabs the crew injected our highly durable, PolyRenewal 250h underneath the concrete slab so that it would rise up and become even with the other. Once the crew made sure they were at the right height the sealed the job.

After Rod Martin's Complete Basement Systems finished the job, James has been grilling away on his back porch!
