Complete Basement Systems is excited for the arrival of the PolyRenewal system for structural repairs, sinking slabs and uneven concrete.
How does it work?
PolyRenewal uses high density polyurethane to raise slabs and correct unevenness. The process is extremely easy to install and maintain. First a small hole the size of a penny is drilled in the concrete and the injection port is inserted. The PolyRenewal is injected beneath the slab in two part formula. The reaction forms a stable foam that fills any voids. And that’s it! The injection holes are grouted and sealed and within 15 minutes the treated area is stable enough to support a car.
PolyRenewal offers a number of favorable reasons to chose this system over mudjacking. PolyRenewal solution is economically friendly, lightweight and waterproof. This allows the repairs to hold up over time; the more permanent solution to mudjacking and pumping heavy grout into the already unstable soil.
